Artículo quinto. El personal nombrado por esta disposición pasará a ocupar los cargos asignados. La División de Personal proyectará, en el término de treinta días, a partir de la fecha, la reglamentación para traslados internos. Mientras esta reglara en lación no sea dictada, no se podrá efectuar ningún traslado o comisión. Comuníquese y publíquese.
