Cada uno de los fondos de fomento tendrá un Comité Especial Directivo integrado en la forma prevista en el

Parágrafo

del artículo 182 de la Ley 223 de 1995. Este comité será distinto del que opera como órgano máximo de dirección de dichos fondos. El Comité Especial se reunirá ordinariamente cuatro (4) veces al año y extraordinariamente cuando lo convoquen el Ministro de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural o el representante legal de la entidad administradora del fondo de fomento o un mínimo de tres (3) de sus miembros.
