El que en forma ilícita comercie, negocie o traspase a cualquier título arma de fuego, municiones o explosivos será sancionado con prisión de uno a cinco años. Si se trata de arma, municiones o explosivos de uso privativo de las Fuerzas Armadas, la pena será de tres a seis años de prisión.
