ARTICULO 138. Prestaciones sociales en situaciones especiales. Las prestaciones de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo que se encuentren en cualquiera de las situaciones especiales a que se refieren los artículos 66 y 67 de este Decreto, serán las correspondientes al grado respectivo y se liquidarán y pagarán sobre la base de los haberes que devengarían si se encontraran en la ciudad de Bogotá.
