º . Causal de aprehensión y decomiso . Será causal de aprehensión y decomiso, la introducción e importación de las bebidas alcohólicas que omitan el cumplimiento de cualquiera de los requisitos señalados en los artículos del presente decreto, para lo cual se deberá seguir el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 512-1 del Decreto 2685 de 1999.
