Carácter y domicilio de las comisiones. La Comisión Consultiva de Alto Nivel y las Comisiones Consultivas Departamentales tendrán carácter permanente y su domicilio principal, en su orden, estará ubicado en la ciudad de Santafé de Bogotá, D.C., y en el municipio que señale cada reglamento de las Comisiones Consultivas Departamentales, pero podrán sesionar en cualquier lugar del país o del Departamento respectivo.
