En los juicios ordinarios de que trata este capítulo se observarán las reglas del de mayor cuantía, con las diferencias siguientes:

1ºLos términos legales, salvo los de distancias, serán reducidos a la mitad, elevando a entero las fracciones que resulten; y

2ºNo se admite reconvención de mayor cuantía.
