Artículo único. Declárase cancelado el recibo que en 30 de junio de 1876, firmó el Jeneral Eliseo Payan con el señor Guillermo Pereira, como su fiador, obligándose a entregar al Administrador de Hacienda nacional en Popayan la suma de seiscientos cincuenta pesos ($ 650) que recibió del Tesorero jeneral de la Union, de órden de la Secretaría del Tesoro i Crédito nacional, por haber sido tomada dicha suma por los revolucionarios de 1876.
