Artículo único. Apruébase el siguiente Decreto: DECRETO NUMERO 016 DE 1961 (FEBRERO 20) por el cual se crea un artículo, se incorpora un superávit, se abren créditos adicionales y se hacen unos trasladas en el presupuesto intendencial de la actual vigencia. El Intendente Nacional de San Andrés y Providencia, en uso de sus atribuciones legales, y CONSIDENRANDO

a)

Que hay necesidad de crear un artículo en el presupuesto intendencial para imputar los gastos que demande la desecación y recuperación de terrenos, y

b)

Que según certificado expedido conjuntamente por el señor Tesorero intendencial y el señor Auditor Fiscal, existe un superávit de un millón doscientos ochenta y nueve mil Ciento cincuenta y cuatro pesos con treinta y tres centavos ($ 1.289.154.33) moneda corriente, proveniente del mayor recaudo producido en las rentas durante el tercer trimestre (octubre, noviembre, diciembre de 1960) del presente año fiscal intendencial, DECRETA:
