Art. 1° Desde el 28 del presente mes principiará a funcionar la Junta nacional de Amortización que se crea por el artículo 5° de la Ley 33 del presente año. Cada uno de los miembros de ella, como responsable del Erario, otorgará una fianza por la suma de diez mil pesos ($0.000) en moneda corriente ó su equivalente en oro al cambio que rija de acuerdo con la misma Ley, si después de la indicada fecha se hubiere de prestar la caución.
