º Las autoridades de Policía impedirán la circulación y fijación de hojas anónimas que no lleven pie de imprenta, las decomisarán y dictaran las providencias encaminadas a averiguar por el establecimiento en que se imprimieron, a efecto de que se puedan imponer las sanciones previstas en el artículo 3º de la Ley.
