De los representantes del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y las Direcciones Departamentales o Municipales de Salud. En las juntas directivas de las instituciones sin ánimo de lucro, habrá un representante del sector salud designado por el Ministro de Protección Social o el Jefe de la Dirección Seccional o Local del Sistema de Salud, según sea su pertenencia al nivel local, seccional o nacional de que tratan los artículos 2.3.9.1 a 2.3.9.3 del presente decreto, con derecho a voz pero sin voto.
