°. Secretaría Técnica del SINIDEL. El DANE, como Secretaría Técnica de la Comisión Asesora del SINIDEL, convocará a las instituciones que la conforman en los tres (3) meses siguientes a la expedición de este decreto. Las entidades del Gobierno Nacional que conforman la Comisión Asesora del SINIDEL, una vez reunidas, definirán el funcionamiento de la Comisión. El delegado de que trata el literal (i) del artículo 54 de la Ley 1429 de 2010, será nombrado por el Consejo Nacional de Educación Superior CESU y elegido mediante procedimientos internos establecidos para tal fin.
