Quórum y votaciones. La Junta Directiva puede reunirse, deliberar y adoptar decisiones con la concurrencia de cuatro (4) de sus miembros, enumerados en los literales del artículo 10, salvo los casos especiales, contemplados por la ley y en estos Estatutos. Las decisiones serán tomadas por mayoría de los miembros asistentes.
