Trámite de la convocatoria . El Concejo decidirá sobre la legalidad y procedencia de las consultas populares propuestas, en el lapso de ocho (8) días. Dicho término sólo podrá ampliarse hasta en ocho (8) días más, cuando se presenten dos o más solicitudes.
