Art. 136. Los Visitadores fiscales usarán todas las facultades concedidas por disposiciones vigentes ó que posteriormente se dicten, á los empleados políticos y de Hacienda, para hacer efectivo el cobro de las rentas y obligar á los Administradores y Recaudadores á rendir sus cuentas y hacer los enteros que les correspondan. Podrán suspender á los Administradores y Recaudadores que no llenen sus funciones, y nombrar interinamente para estos destinos, dando aviso al funcionario á quien toque hacer el nombramiento en propiedad.
