°. Adiciónase la siguiente función al Consejo Directivo: 1. Definir e identificar, previa solicitud del Presidente de la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura, los asuntos, planes, proyectos, contratos y actividades que deben estar a cargo del Vicepresidente Ejecutivo de la Agencia, en aras de garantizar la oportuna e idónea ejecución de las funciones a cargo de las mismas. La asignación de los asuntos, planes, proyectos, contratos y actividades constará en las Actas del Consejo Directivo o del órgano que este delegue.
