° La Corte Plena ejercerá las atribuciones 1.ª, 8.ª, 9.ª, 11 y 13 del Artículo 47 del Código Judicial; decidirá sobre la constitucionalidad de las leyes y de los decretos del Gobierno; nombrará Magistrados para los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, de conformidad con lo estatuído en la Constitución y en las Leyes y hará los demás nombramientos que leyes especiales atribuyan a la Corte Suprema.
