º El personal directivo nombrado por este Decreto dependerá directamente del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y cumplirá en el desempeño de sus labores las instrucciones y reglamentos sobre trazado y construcción de caminos adoptados por dicho Ministerio y las órdenes que éste tenga a bien comunicarle Comuníquese y publíquese.
