º . Subsector Hortifrutícola . Para los efectos de la Ley 118 de 1994, y del presente Decreto, se entiende por subsector hortifrutícola, el componente del sector agrícola del país constituido por las personas naturales, jurídicas o sociedades de hecho dedicadas a la producción de frutas y hortalizas.
