Requisitos de la denuncia. La denuncia se hará bajo juramento y contendrá una relación detallada de los hechos conocidos por el denunciante. Si se formula verbalmente se levantará acta que suscribirá también el denunciante. Si fuere escrita se hará constar su presentación personal, en el mismo acto se ratificará bajo la gravedad del juramento y, si fuere necesario, se interrogará al denunciante sobre los hechos.
