Oficina de Sistemas . Son funciones de la Oficina de Sistemas las siguientes

a)

Elaborar el programa integral de sistematización del Ministerio;

b)

Asesorar las dependencias del Ministerio en la modernización, adquisición y utilización de equipos de cómputo y prestarles el apoyo en el área de sistemas;

c)

Desarrollar, mantener y actualizar los sistemas de información de las diferentes dependencias;

d)

Reglamentar el acceso, manejo y uso de la información que se procesa en la Oficina;

e)

Las demás que le sean asignadas de acuerdo con la naturaleza de la dependencia. CAPITULO II. Organismos adscritos
