Situación financiera. El Superintendente Nacional de Salud, podrá ordenar visitas de inspección a las Empresas de Medicina Prepagada, para constatar su situación financiera, así como la del sector en su conjunto. Las empresas, a su turno, deberán remitir trimestralmente a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud los estados financieros y sus correspondientes anexos.
