El Jefe Del Organismo Respectivo Formulará Invitación A Dos (2) O Mas Proponentes Inscritos Que Tengan La Clasificación Y Calificación Suficiente Para Efectuarlos Estudios O Las Obras Requeridas

º. El Jefe del Organismo respectivo formulará invitación a dos (2) o mas proponentes inscritos que tengan la clasificación y calificación suficiente para efectuarlos estudios o las obras requeridas. La invitación contendrá toda la información necesaria para identificar y realizar el proyecto objeto del concurso.

Parágrafo

Las propuestas serán presentadas dentro del plazo fijado en la invitación, el cual no podrá ser inferior a cinco (5) días contados a partir de la fecha de la misma.
