De las Sanciones. A todas las instituciones, entidades y personas a que se refiere el presente Capítulo y que incumplan las normas previstas en el mismo, se les aplicarán las sanciones establecidas en la ley, con sujeción al procedimiento previsto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
