Sanciones disciplinarias. En caso de que los funcionarios responsables de los trámites establecidos en este Decreto excedan los términos que con tal fin se disponen, les serán aplicables las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 12 del Decreto 2400 de 1968 y en el artículo 15 de la Ley 13 de 1984.
