Los que falsifiquen papel sellado ó estampillas de timbre nacional, ó introdujeren dichas especies falsificadas, ó contribuyeren a sabiendas á la introducción de ellas, ó las expidieren, serán castigados como falsificadores de moneda, de acuerdo con la Ley número 43 de 1905 y decretos que la modifican.
