ARTICULO 127. Vencido el término para presentación de descargos y pruebas, el investigador ordenará el archivo del expediente o emitirá la resolución de sanción, contra la cual procederán los recursos de reposición y apelación ante el respectivo superior, si no fuere el Fiscal General. La resolución se notificará personalmente al acusado. De no ser esta posible en el término de tres (3) días, se notificará por edicto que permanecerá fijado por un término igual en la oficina que produjo la decisión.
