Es prohibido a las droguerías vender sustancias venenosas que no sean para farmacias, para la industria o para destrucción de insectos, y en esos casos llevarán un registro para tales ventas, en el cual figuren el nombre del comprador, el uso al cual se destinan o el nombre del farmacéutico Jefe que pide esos productos.
