Considerándose como empresas cinematográficas colombianas las que reúnan los siguientes requisitos:

Queda no menos del ochenta por ciento (80%) del capital empleado en ellas sea exclusivamente colombiano;

Que el personal, tanto directivo como técnico y artístico que forme la empresa, sea colombiano en un ochenta y cinco por ciento (85%), por lo menos; y

Que el material que produzca este destino a presentar temas o argumentos únicamente nacionales.
