Para La Aprobación De Los Consultorios Jurídicos De Que Trata El Artículo 30 Del Decreto 196 De 1971se Requiere: A) Solicitud Dirigida Por El Decano De La Facultad De Derecho Interesada, Al Respectivo Tribunal Superior Del Distrito Judicial

º. Para la aprobación de los Consultorios Jurídicos de que trata el artículo 30 del Decreto 196 de 1971se requiere

Solicitud dirigida por el Decano de la Facultad de Derecho interesada, al respectivo Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial.

Certificado que acredite el reconocimiento oficial de la Facultad de Derecho.

Copia de la providencia por la cual la Universidad o Facultad de Derecho autoriza y reglamenta el funcionamiento del respectivo Consultorio Jurídico, indicando los lugares en los cuales se prestarán los servicios.

Lista de los estudiantes que formen parte del Consultorio Jurídico, indicando el año que cursan.
