Art. 55. Cada dos años se verificarán les votaciones para Concejeros municipales y Diputados a las Asambleas departamentales; cada cuatro años, para Representantes al Congreso; y cada seis años, para Electores.

Las primeras votaciones se verificarán en el presente año, salvo para Electores que se efectuarán en el año de 1891.
