DEL TÉRMINO PARA EXPEDIR LA TARJETA PROFESIONAL. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional expedirá la tarjeta profesional a que se hace referencia en los artículos 12 y 13 del presente Decreto, en el término de 60 días hábiles, contados a partir de la fecha de presentación de la solicitud en debida forma.
