El laudo arbitral y la sentencia del tribunal superior en su caso, podrán revisarse por los motivos y mediante procedimiento determinados en los artículos 379 a 385 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Sin embargo no podrá alegarse la causal séptima del artículo 380 del mismo Código por la parte que interpuso el recurso de anulación.
