Uso de aguas que discurren por un cauce artificial. Cuando se trate de aguas que discurren por un cauce artificial, también es permitido utilizarlos a todos los habitantes para usos domésticos o de abrevadero, dentro de las mismas condiciones a que se refiere el Artículo anterior, y siempre que el uso a que se destinen las aguas no exija que se conserven en estado de pureza, ni se ocasionen daños al canal o acequia, o se imposibilite o estorbe el aprovechamiento del concesionario de las aguas.
