El artículo 80 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, quedará así: Artículo 80. Efecto jurídico

El período de prueba puede darse por terminado unilateralmente en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso.

2.

Los trabajadores en período de prueba gozan de todas las prestaciones.
