Articulo 5° Incurrirán en la sanción de decomiso de sus elementos las imprentas que publiquen hojas sueltas o publicaciones periódicas u ocasionales en las cuales se invite a prestar apoyo a actividades subversivas en el país. Las personas que distribuyan o hagan circular las publicaciones indicadas, incurrirán en arresto inconmutable por treinta (30), que les será impuesto por las autoridades de Policía del respectivo lugar, y el decomiso corresponderá decretarlo a las autoridades de la Policía del sitio en donde funcione el respectivo establecimiento.
