Art. 4.° Quedará así mismo suspendido definitivamente el reconocimiento administrativo de pensiones y recompensas que tengan su origen en decretos de carácter legislativo.

Los que hayan sido favorecidos por tales decretos con pensiones ó recompensas provisionales, conservaran el derecho que les confiere la Ley 149 de 1896 para que soliciten de la Corte Suprema pensión ó recompensa que en definitiva les corresponde.

En lo sucesivo no se reconocerán otras gracias militares que las otorgadas por la Corte Suprema, conforme a la Ley vigente, y las concedidas por leyes.
