Artículo 5°. A una Cooperativa o Precooperativa de Trabajo Asociado se le impondrá una multa de hasta cinco mil (5.000) smmlv a través de las Direcciones Territoriales del Ministerio de la Protección Social, cuando actúe como asociación o agremiación para afiliación colectiva de trabajadores independientes a la Seguridad Social Integral.
