La libre estipulación de monedas nacionales ó extranjeras continúa en todo su vigor, y en consecuencia toda obligación que se contraiga, pagadera en determinada clase do monedas, deberá cumplirse en la moneda estipulada ó su equivalente es monedas legales de la Nación al tipo comercial de cambio que tengan el día del pago en el respectivo mercado.
