Decreto 245 de 1990 · por el cual se aprueba el Presupuesto de Ingresos y Gastos de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado, de las entidades privadas que administran fondos públicos del orden nacional y de las sociedades de economía mixta sujetas al régimen de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado de la vigencia fiscal del 1° de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1990.
