El artículo 1124 del Código de Comercio, quedará así: Artículo 1124. Podrán contratar el seguro de transporte no sólo el propietario de la mercancía, sino también todos aquellos que tengan responsabilidad en su conservación, tales como el comisionista o la empresa de transporte, expresando en la póliza si el interés asegurado es la mercancía o la responsabilidad por el transporte de la mercancía.
