Artículo único. Concédese a la señora Librada Gallardo, viuda del antiguo Capitan Rafael González Camargo, una pension alimenticia de veinticinco pesos mensuales del Tesorero nacional, que será pagada en los mismos términos que las pensiones concedidas a los militares de la Independencia.
