Horas extras . Los conductores y choferes que laboran en los organismos a los cuales se les aplica el presente decreto, tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de horas extras liquidado con un recargo del veinticinco por ciento (25%) sobre la remuneración básica fijada por la ley para el respectivo empleo, y conforme a los términos del Decreto número 1692 de 1996. En todo caso, la autorización para laborar horas extras solo podrá otor garse cuando exista disponibilidad presupuestal.
