ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de la Ley 7° de 1944, «Acuerdo Comercial entre el Reino Unido de Gran Bretaña e Irlanda del Norte, por una parte, y la República de Colombia, la República del Ecuador y la República de Perú por otra», suscrito en Quito, el15 de mayo de 2019, que por el artículo primero de esta ley se aprueba, obligará al País ,a partir de la fecha en que se perfeccione el vínculo internacional respecto del mismo.
