° Tales créditos activos serán cobrados por los Tesoreros Departamentales desde el 1° del presente mes, y desde esa misma fecha cubrirán también los mismos empleados los créditos pasivos que figuren en la relación á que hace referencia el artículo anterior, siempre que se presenten por los interesados los comprobantes necesarios y se llenen todas las formalidades reglamentarias.
