Para dar adecuado desarrollo a la carrera, preparar el personal que requiere la administración de justicia, mejorar los conocimientos de los funcionarios y empleados judiciales y facilitar su ascenso, el Consejo Superior de la Escuela Judicial establecerá programas de formación, perfeccionamiento y adiestramiento, de acuerdo con las necesidades y el nivel de preparación de los recursos humanos que la rama jurisdiccional demande.
