° El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y la Contraloría General de la República procederán a dictar las reglamentaciones de carácter fiscal y administrativo que sean necesarias para la fiscalización de las inversiones que hayan de verificarse, así como el control de los ingresos que pudieren resultar por concepto de tales eventos deportivos.
