° Las exenciones concedidas por las disposiciones anteriores se reconocerán únicamente hasta por el año gravable de 1987 sobre las inversiones en vivienda que hayan tenido o tuvieren otorgada en la fecha licencia de construcción y se terminen antes del 31 de diciembre de 1967. Igualmente gozarán del mismo beneficio las inversiones en acciones cuyo reglamento de suscripción se halle aprobado en la fecha, por la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas y cuya suscripción y pago se efectúe antes del 31 de diciembre de 1967.
