Las órdenes de decomiso, sentencias de extinción de dominio o decisiones equivalentes proferidas por autoridades judiciales de otros países que se encuentren debidamente ejecutoriadas, podrán ser incorporadas al proceso de extinción de dominio sin necesidad de exequátur .
